ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Submission Dates: December 15, 2018 through March 31, 2019

- Case study submissions may be from a single company (e.g., manufacturer or retailer) or a combination of companies that collaborated on creating the innovation.
- Innovations submitted by service providers/consultants/academics must be done in combination with one or more customers/shippers that implemented the innovation and who are willing to co-present at the CSCMP Edge conference should the team be selected as a finalist.
- Situations represented in the case study must demonstrate excellence, innovation, and return on investment in addressing a significant supply chain challenge. Examples include though are not limited to the following:
- Coordinating business functions across the supply chain
- Collaborating with supply chain partners
- Developing mutually beneficial ways to strengthen supply chain relationships
- Synchronizing supply and demand
- Managing supply chain cycles
- Developing new approaches, processes, or technologies that improve supply chain performance
- The submitter of this application must be a member upon submission.
- Participating authors/presenters must be a CSCMP member by June 1, 2019.

4. Registration. The award competition is presented in conjunction with CSCMP's EDGE Conference. Therefore, conference registration is a requirement to participate in the Supply Chain innovation Award (SCIA) competition. Authors/presenters are
responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. Fulfillment is highly encouraged before August 15, 2019.
Speaker/presenters receive $900 off their EDGE registration through August 15, 2019.
